Nicolás, from his first years of life, has been obsessed with football. He did the whole grassroots process in Millonarios, even being with the professional team for two years. After a couple of more laps by different teams, the beautiful game with its unexpected twists, like life itself, preferred that instead of continuing to dribble in the green rectangle, he would dedicate himself to identifying and attracting both youth and professional talent.
 
In addition to his experience on the field, he complemented his knowledge in Social Communication-Journalism with a master's degree in talent identification and development in football, as well as an MBA in Sports Management from Universidad Europea-Real Madrid, in Spain.

He is currently in charge as Scouting & Players Manager at ISG
